Heart & Sol Massage Therapy LLC is run by Alexandra McCain in Falls Church, VA. She is a licensed massage therapist with twelve years of experience. Her main mission is to help others feel less stress and pain! Alexandra is especially focused on aiding the release of unwanted negative energy/receiving of positive energy. She offers several modalities of massage, reiki, energy readings, and energy cleansing through use of tuning forks/crystal singing bowls. She is trained in prenatal and postnatal massage, Lauterstein Deep Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish, and Aromatherapy. She is a certified Reiki Master via Maryland Center for Reiki Training. She has also earned a diploma as a Bodywork and Somatic Therapies Specialist through InnerCamp. When she is not working, she is caring for her daughter and pup.
